Customizing user roles and permissions for Loyalty and Performance.
Add a New Role
- Navigate in WorkstandIQ to users by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Users.
- Click the "Roles" button.
- Click the "+ Create New Role" button.
- Enter the name for the new Role.
- Press the "Create" button.
Edit Role Permissions
- Navigate to Users by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Users.
- Click the "Permissions" button.
- Check the appropriate boxes for the appropriate Role(s) to give access.
- Press the "Save" button for each individual section before moving on to the next section.
Assign New Role to a User
- Navigate to Users by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Users.
- Press the "Edit" button for the appropriate user.
- Check the appropriate Role box.
- Press the "Save" button.
Disable/Remove a User
To disable a user account or delete the account entirely:
- Navigate to Users by clicking the Gear icon and selecting Users.
- Locate the user and click the "Edit" button next to their name.
- Uncheck the Enabled box to disable the user's account and click the "Save" button.
- To delete the user account entirely, click the "Delete" button at the top of the user's page. Deleting an account cannot be undone.
Note: Your user must have the appropriate permissions. If you do not see these options, contact your account's administrator. This is usually the owner or manager.
