Inventory Power Tools

Utilize advanced reports in WorkstandIQ to pinpoint specific aspects of your inventory with precision.

See inventory breakdowns by day.
In WorkstandIQ, go to Inventory > Power Tools > Quantity on Hand.
Select/Deselect the appropriate locations at the top of the page.
The numbers displayed are clickable to view the details of what makes up the number displayed.

Displays what inventory has a Quantity below zero within the Point of Sale (POS).
In WorkstandIQ, go to Inventory > Power Tools > Negative Quantities.
Select the appropriate location from the drop-down.

Shows where inventory is across all locations to easily spot opportunities to move inventory from one location to another instead of buying new inventory.
In WorkstandIQ, go to Inventory > Power Tools > Inventory Balancing.
If the category says "OK" that means the current inventory level for that category is within the suggested minimum and maximum.
If the category is red then the current inventory level for that category is over the suggested maximum by the amount shown.
If the category is blue then the current inventory level for that category is under the suggested minimum by the amount shown.

View the status of Purchase Orders that are entered in the Point of Sale.
In WorkstandIQ, go to Inventory > Power Tools > PO Analysis.
Purchase Orders can be sorted by location, vendor, or status by filling out the respective information and then pressing the "Submit" button at the top of the page.

Generates a brand new Open to Buy report.
- This process runs automatically each night but if a new report needs to be run manually this can be accomplished in this section.
In WorkstandIQ, go to Inventory > Power Tools > Import OTB Report.
Select the location and adjust the description (if needed) followed by pressing the "Import" button.

Previous Open to Buy reports are stored for the length of time specified in the Inventory Settings and can be revisited at any time.
In WorkstandIQ, go to Inventory > Power Tools > Historical OTB.
To view a report press either the "OTB Report" button or the "OTB Dashboard" button under the Actions column.
