Ever wonder what those icons in your Client Success representative's email signature mean? As of April 2023, Client Success team members can earn badges that certify their expertise in key areas for supporting retailers. To earn a badge, team members take a test to confirm their knowledge. The badge is added as an icon to their email signature once they pass the test. See the description below to learn what each icon represents.
