Troubleshooting

  • Workstand currently supports three price label sizes
    • 2.25 in (w) x 1.25 in (h)
    • 2.00 in (w) x 1.00 in (h)
    • 1.25 in (w) x 1.00 in (h)
  • Labels misaligned? Reset the printer by turning it off while holding the feed button, turn it on, and release after the light flashes.
    • Not printing? Confirm the right driver is selected and the label format is ZPL-compatible.
    • No barcode? Products with no GTIN (UPC or EAN) do not print barcodes on the price label. Edit the product and add one to the product to make sure a barcode prints on the label.
    • If your product has a SKU this appears on the label, if GTIN is not present.
