Point of Sale User's Quick Start Guide
You've set up your Workstand POS but how do you use it?
Sales
- To create a sale, navigate in Admin to Sales > New Sale.
- Navigate to Sales > In-store sales to see the list of recent sales.
- From here you can view and filter all of your sales, find a sale to do a refund or exchange.

Service
- To create a work order, navigate in Admin to Service > New Work Order.
- Navigate to Service > Work Orders to view, edit, and collect payment on existing work orders.
Purchase Orders
- Inventory > Purchase Orders to create a new purchase order or view the list of existing purchase orders. Learn more about Purchase Orders
Products
- Inventory > Products shows you the list of every product in your Workstand POS.

- Update Inventory for multiple products
- Update Inventory for a single product
- Create a product
Customers
- Customers > List to see a list of all customers, download the list, or upload additional customers.
- Email address is required to upload or create a customer.
- Search the list to find a particular customer and see past sales for them.
Login and User Accounts
- Do we also host your website? Get to your Workstand POS by going to your website and adding /admin
- Create User Accounts for each member of your staff under Settings > Account > User Accounts.
