Sales
Learn how to create and manage sales.
- Sales > New Sale to create a sale. Learn more about creating sales.
- Sales > In-store sales. See the list of recent sales, find a sale to do a refund or exchange. View and filter all of your sales . How to use the In-store sales list.
Service
Creating and managing work orders is likely a large part of your day-to-day business.
- Service > New Work Order to create one. Here's a link to our article on Work Orders.
- Service > Work Orders to view, edit, and collect payment on existing work orders.
Purchase Orders
- Inventory > Purchase Orders to create a new purchase order or view the list of existing purchase orders. Learn more about Purchase Orders
Products
- Inventory > Products shows you the list of every product in your Workstand POS.

- Update Inventory for a single product
- Update Inventory for multiple products (COMING SOON)
- Create a product
Customers
- Customers > List to see a list of all customers, download the list, or upload additional customers.
- Email address is required to upload or create a customer.
- Search the list to find a particular customer and see past sales for them.
Login and User Accounts
- Do we also host your website? Get to your Workstand POS by going to your website and adding /admin
- Create User Accounts for each member of your staff under Settings > Account > User Accounts.
