QuickBooks Reporting Integration
Connect Your Account
- To connect your QuickBooks account to your Workstand account, navigate in Workstand Admin to Settings > QuickBooks.
- On the QuickBooks settings page, click "Start connection process".

- You'll then be routed to Intuit and asked to enter your Email or user ID, enter the information, and click "Sign in".

- On the next screen, enter your password and click "Continue".
- After entering your password, you may need to enter a verification code if two-factor authentication is set up in your QuickBooks account.
- If so, choose the method you would like to receive the code and enter it to continue.
- Once verified, you will be routed back to the QuickBooks settings page in Workstand Admin, and your account will display as connected.
Map Your Accounts
- If you have multiple QuickBooks accounts, you'll need to map them to each Workstand payment type.

Data Sent
- The data sent from Workstand will display as an end-of-day journal entry in QuickBooks.
- This data includes Daily Revenue by Payment type and Sales Tax.
