Q: Is this package only for e-bike shops?
Yes — and that's the point. This subscription is built specifically for retailers whose primary focus is electric bikes. If you also carry a full line of traditional bikes and accessories, our standard Workstand plans may be a better fit.
Q: What's included in the e-bike catalog?

Your catalog is structured around e-bike categories including cargo bikes, fat tire, and folding bikes, with standard non-e-bike bicycle categories removed. You'll have access to up to 5,000 catalog items, plus the ability to create custom products for anything not in the standard library.

Q: What e-bike brands are in your catalog?

Q: What isn't included in this package?

No bikes other than electric bikes are included along with a limited number of core accessories —helmets, lights, etc. We find that most e-bike retailers want to focus on bikes and this keeps the price competitive. 

This package also does not include some of our more advanced features like an expanded P&A catalog or Supplier Fulfillment (drop shipping). 

You can get these features in our other packages which also support electric bikes.
